Freelancer – A freelancer usually works for themselves, and gets contract work from companies to do for a fee. This job is for people that have flexibility and enjoy working for yourself.
Internships – Internships are based generally as part time jobs for individuals who would like to seek more experience in a certain field of work.
Apprenticeship – Working while studying. Earning a minimal salary while the company assists you with training and practical’s in a certain field.
Commission – If you are working in a field where it is required for you to sell products or services, you are offered a percent for each product or service sold.
Gross Salary – Salary amount before deductions
Net Salary – Salary received after deductions have been made
Leave – One gets sick leave and Paid Holiday leave per annum (always best to consult with the company)
Overtime – This is extra time that is required out of working hours, which one should be paid extra for.
